Rick Manzano, Founder & CEO
Rick Manzano is an experienced marketing professional who founded CreativeTake Medical with the goal of creating a medically-responsible marketing agency that would provide comprehensive yet cost-effective marketing services geared specifically toward healthcare professionals. Rick spent over five years working at one of the nation’s largest medical marketing firms where he learned many of the intricacies and logistics of the field. During that time however, he also viewed some inconsistencies and areas where both customized services, as well as personal customer service could be greatly improved upon.
He designed “CreativeTake Medical” to function as a “one-stop” agency, where clients could access a large team of highly-trained staff members who specialize in technology-driven marketing for professionals working in all areas of the healthcare industry. Rick’s personal experiences as the co-owner of a successful plastic surgery practice (Dr. Q Plastic Surgery in Rancho Mirage, CA) with his wife, a board-certified plastic surgeon, give him a unique and valuable insight into medical practice marketing, and help to shape his innovative website designs, aggressive and effective marketing strategies. His personal experience regarding building a private medical practice from the ground up, as well as growing and maintaining a thriving private practice, outpatient surgery center and state-of-the-art medical spa, give Rick a very unique perspective that also affords him a sense of empathy and distinctive advantage over many of his competitors. He truly understands the complex and highly-sensitive legal aspects of medical practice marketing, the ethics involved, as well as the expenditures associated with growing and maintaining a comprehensive medical corporation. Rick has a true passion for the healthcare industry, and he truly enjoys working with other medical professionals who share his passions and visions.
In his role as the Senior Web Developer/Programmer at CreativeTake Medical, Robert utilizes various programming languages and development platforms to build and program dynamic websites and web applications for CreativeTake’s clients. He works closely with the rest of the CreativeTake staff to ensure that every website is functioning at optimal capacity, and that the clients’ web-based marketing needs are being fulfilled in an expeditious manner. Robert’s commitment to mastering emerging technologies enables him to make productive recommendations about how best to incorporate these new technologies to enhance new and existing websites for clients. He provides consistent support and site maintenance services through routine testing of website functionality, repairing bugs and errors, developing workarounds, and troubleshooting potential problems before they arise. Robert works in multiple programming languages and is familiar with all CMS platforms, HTML and SQL. He possesses the unique skillset necessary to create custom carts and plugins that are tightly integrated within the site and can help clients maximize revenue and efficiently track inventory. In addition to his proficiency in the technically-oriented aspects of web development and programming, Robert also demonstrates the strong leadership qualities necessary to guide CreativeTake’s team of technical analysts and consultants, seamlessly weaving together their individual contributions into a cohesive and functional web platform.
Brooke Robilio, Design & Creative Services Consultant
As CreativeTake Medical’s Design and Creative Services Consultant, Brooke is responsible for the creation of vivid, eye-catching websites for clients working in the healthcare industry. Brooke is the founder and President of web development and graphic design company Eyesbryte Designs, and her experiences creating and operating this company have equipped her with the perfect skillset to deliver the revenue-enhancing, market oriented sites that are appealing to consumers. Brooke is a skillful and dependable web developer who efficiently manages a team of freelance web designers, programmers and graphic designers. The combination of Brooke’s creative talent and programming skills make her a valuable asset to the CreativeTake team.
Jennifer is a performance-driven marketing consultant with over 20 years of industry experience spearheading effective eMarketing and traditional multi-channel communications initiatives designed to boost brand image and awareness, generate revenue, and maximize ROI and cost savings. As the Director of SEO Marketing at CreativeTake Medical, Jennifer works closely with both the Development Team and the Social Media Team to implement new SEO standards on all client websites, and to add social link juice for SEO. Her previous position as the Director of Marketing and Communications for Mojo Interactive helped her to cultivate the necessary skillset to perform as a high-level marketing strategist, who is capable of envisioning, leading and implementing as the situation requires. Jennifer has been honored for her outstanding work performance with multiple Charlie awards from the Florida Magazine Association, a Sizzle Award from Exhibitor Magazine, and a Best of Category award from the Printer Association of Florida.
Christy Perry, Director of Social Media & Email Marketing, Practice Consultant
With more than 22 years of experience in the aesthetic surgery industry, and 15 years in the marketing field, Christy possesses the extensive background knowledge necessary to create innovative and effective internet marketing campaigns for CreativeTake Medical’s physician clients. Christy has honed her skills providing valuable marketing solutions for her clients, specifically in the vitally important areas of: social media; reputation management; brand management; email and text marketing; contact management; practice consulting and creative and graphic design. Before beginning her career in marketing, Christy worked for over 12 years as a Senior Level Practice Manager for a very busy plastic surgery practice in Orlando, an experience which gives her a unique insider perspective when designing web-based marketing strategies for her clients. Christy makes it a priority to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the constantly evolving field of eMarketing, and is continuing her education through the pursuit of certifications in Marketing, Social and Web2.0 Media Marketing, and Web Design and Development. A passionate advocate for the fight against Childhood Cancer, Christy is also one of the founding executives of Talia’s Legacy non-profit organization, manages the social media for Talia Joy and Angels for Talia and provides social media and internet marketing services for several other Childhood Cancer non-profit organizations.
Vincent Totino, SEM Services Consultant
Vincent is a highly experienced search engine management (SEM) consultant who provides detailed search engine optimization (SEO) recommendations to increase targeted organic traffic and conversions for CreativeTake Medical’s clients. He has established SEO strategies for approximately 40 media and retail websites, and has created Sponsorship/Pay-per-Click accounts for approximately 150 websites on Google AdWords and MSN AdCenter. Vincent has a strong record of increasing search engine traffic and rankings for numerous media and retail websites, is certified in Yahoo! SSP, and is a certified Google Advertising Professional. Vincent’s specialties include: optimizing titles and tags, URL structure recommendations, 301 redirects, structured data implementation and DIV layer optimization for Flash sites.
